The Director of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition is one such role. This is not a “wait your turn” position. It is designed for ambitious talent with 4–5 years of experience who are ready to step into leadership now with governance, stability, and integrity as their scaffolding.


You won’t be alone. You will execute at the frontlines, backed by:

  • A President with 35+ years in corporate affairs and operations, who ensures stability and continuity.

  • A Strategic Partner with 35+ years in HR policy and governance, who frames integrity into every system.

Together, this triad builds the people engine of InSync: young energy, seasoned stability, and principled governance.


Key Responsibilities


1. Talent Strategy & Leadership

  • Design and execute InSync’s multi-year talent roadmap aligned with BPO growth targets.

  • Build a recruitment engine that scales from hundreds to thousands while safeguarding quality and culture.

  • Work with PxITBS leadership to align hiring with governance and client expectations.

2. Recruitment Operations

  • Lead the full hiring lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, onboarding.

  • Develop specialized pipelines for BFSI, healthcare, SaaS, and telecom.

  • Leverage AI/ML tools to sharpen sourcing and cultural-fit analysis.

3. Talent Branding & Outreach

  • Position InSync as a next-gen BPO employer (beyond contact centers).

  • Run employer branding campaigns targeting Gen Z and high-skill professionals.

  • Represent InSync at universities, forums, and global recruitment networks.

4. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure hiring practices reflect PxITBS governance standards and global compliance.

  • Implement systems to prevent attrition spikes, mis-hires, and talent leakage.

  • Anchor ethical, transparent recruitment practices into operations.

5. Metrics & Impact

  • Deliver on KPIs:
    Time-to-hire
    Offer-to-join ratio
    Attrition at 6/12 months
    Cost per hire
    Client satisfaction on talent quality

  • Present dashboards and intelligence briefs directly to the President & CEO.

Key Competencies

  • 4–5 years in BPO/ITeS or large-scale hiring.

  • Demonstrated ability to scale recruitment volumes fast.

  • Network in BFSI, telecom, and tech ecosystems.

  • Data-driven mindset (ATS, HR analytics, workforce planning).

  • Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
